Thank Goodness for Meds

From the title you may think I'm a little crazy...well I am but now I am a crazy person who has much relief! YAY! So I finished my sinus infection meds on Monday and they did absolutely nothing for me. So on Wednesday I finally visited my doctor's office. They had a student helping and he was so nice. Basically said that I have a really bad case of allergies and that they've been seeing a lot of that lately because of all the water, etc, etc in Logan. So we talked about all my symptoms and issues and came up with some plans. Then I remembered to tell them I was nursing so we changed a few medications but they recommended something to me that I had heard about from my friend Laurie and I Visiting Teach. A lot of times people use a kettle to do a sinus rinse and flush. Well I went and bought the brand the doctor told me to and opted to just get the bottle and not the kettle. Here it is:

I really wasn't to thrilled about using this and was apprehensive about how effective it would be. Well I am singing praises now. (BTW anyone know how I can get paid for this endorsement? jk) Besides a few things (no gory details but I did have to rinse my mouth out and drink a root beer after to mask the taste) it went great and I could finally breathe and a lot of the pressure went away! OH HALLELUJAH! I was also given Flonase and Allegra to help keep it under control. The doctor and the student doctor promised me I'd be a new woman and feel like a million bucks. I told them they better uphold their promise and so far they have. The prescriptions are still kicking in but already I'm feeling a ton better.

So here is my other product plug (again sadly not being paid for this endorsement either). I went to take my long scrub and cleanse shower, due to the coming 4 day camping trip where I'll be lucky to wash my hair once and do a spit bath, and I took along my dear friend:

I love this...it really helps you to breath so much!

Well there are my plugs...enjoy them and use them if they help. Here a couple of random pictures for you to get your mind of my sinus and allergy woes.
A ride in the "car".
Devan barricaded himself from Nathan...haha I love it.
Snack time: Devan Jello Pudding cup, Nathan some Gerber apple wheels. And here's a picture of Sasha and Ben enjoying their snacks...Gerber apple wheels and Gerber bitter biscuits...yes they actually ate them people. And Devan and Nathan "driving" around Lee's!
